BRUCE BELL’S, “INFLUENCE”:

If the TWU Executive Leadership Team, “publicly demanded” a vote on the TELUS Labor Contract, Bruce Bell could not hold off or block such a vote!

If Bruce Bell, “publicly demanded” a vote on the TELUS Labor Contract, the TWU Leadership Team could not hold off or block such a vote!

BRUCE BELL, THE “MAN”:

Bruce grew up in a “Union Family”; his father had a record Tenure “60 year” Membership in the Plumbers Union.

Bruce was “mentored” (?) by Rod Hiebert! Rolling Eyes

Rod Hiebert, in my opinion, is definitely not the role model that I would advocate for the President of the TWU in the “New ERA” of our Industry!

Bruce has no career experience outside BCTEL/TELUS or the TWU!

Is Bruce laying the foundation for his move to a successor Union when the TWU Collapses”?

THE TELUS/TWU PROBLEM:

The mindless rhetoric of the “TWU Loud Crowd of Ideological Hardliner’s”, demonstrates that those occupying and influencing the TWU Head Office have no intention of reaching a resolution with TELUS; because they lack the Leadership of a President who has, vision, courage, wisdom and integrity!

Bruce Bell does not have the Vision, Courage or Strength; to step into the future that our Industry is now operating in and is not going to be seen as a Leadership “weakling” in the eyes of his Father.

Bruce Bell is not going to act as a Leader and be seen as a “weakling” in the eyes of Canadian Labor Leadership; where in my opinion he wants to end up after the TWU “collapses”.

Bruce Bell appears to lack the “Wisdom, Courage and Caring Decency”, to give the TELUS/TWU Member’s a “Vote or Voice”, in the continuance or resolution of this Labor dispute.

The vast majority of picketers that I have talked with (even those angry with TELUS), “do agree” that they should have been given a Vote or Voice, before going on strike and that it is still not too late to hold such a Vote, to get a clear answer to what the majority wish to do from now forward.

The current and continued strike action by the TWU; “is driving TELUS jobs out of BC and Canada”!

Bruce Bell and a few of his colleagues will have to find a secret Island to hide on when TELUS puts an end to this nonsense and TELUS/TWU Member’s recognize and tally their, “nonproductive and wasted” personal and collective losses!

THE TELUS/TWU SOLUTION:

In my opinion the only way that this Labor dispute is going to end is by TELUS announcing an end date beyond which, those who remain on the picket line will be considered as having resigned and are there by no longer TELUS Employee’s.

The ball has been placed in TELUS’ court by default of the TWU!
